This recipe was originally in Polish I loved it so I had to investigate translate the recipe and share it with you. This is fabulous maybe not so much for a Autumn appetizer but it’s still fabulous.
Tomato Tulips ~
14 stalks of green onions or chives for the stems
200g farmers cheese or cottage cheese for filling (or you could use goat cheese, egg or chicken salad)
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper
