LOADED POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds new potatoes, wedged
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Bacon, crispy and crumbled
  • Scallions or chives
