Golden Mushroom Roasted Chicken & Veggies

Whole chicken (thawed)
2 Tbsp real butter (softened)
1 Tbsp Lawrys Garlic Spread
2 cans Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
Salt, pepper & garlic to taste
1 pckg Yukon golden potatoes
1 pckg baby carrots
2 or 3 boiler onions
Heat oven to 275
In baking dish (sprayed with a non-stick spray) add chicken.
Rub butter and Lawrys garlic spread on chicken completely covering the top portions of breast and legs. Season chicken, add onions in chicken cavity. Cover with foil.
Bake at 275 for about 3 1/2 hours
Before chicken is completely done at about 3 1/2 hours add potatoes, carrots and cover chicken and veggies with golden mushroom soup. Bake another hour or until chicken, potatoes and carrots are done. (I uncovered and baked on 325 the last hour)
