Fiesta Corn Dip Photo & Recipe by HUGS & COOKIES
HUGS & COOKIES XOXO is one of my many favorite go to places for new recipes. She does it again this recipe will not disappoint I can’t wait to dig into all this ooey gooey cheesey goodness.
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3 cups frozen corn, defrosted
- 2 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise (may use light)
- 1/4 cup chopped green chiles (small can), drained
- 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
