**** RECIPE UPDATE ****
I made this for dinner this evening and it was everything I hoped it would be just really delicious and full of flavor. You can’t go wrong with this recipe. I stuck to the recipe with the exception of doing just a few things different and adding;1 tsp Honey Mustard 1tsp Dijon Mustard 1/4 cup Virginia extra sharp cheddar cheese I simmered the vegetable for about 15 to 20 minutes in the chicken broth and seasonings before adding all of the other ingredients.
