Coconut Cream Cake
****UPDATE**** I made this cake and it is one of the best cakes I’ve ever had really delicious. The only thing I would do differently is add 1 cup of powdered sugar to the whipping cream for a stiffer and sweeter frosting. It was easy, delicious and every bite is worth making it 🙂
Ingredients1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix 3 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup water 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract 1 (14 ounce) can coconut cream 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 cup flaked coconut DIRECTIONS I cannot wait to bake this fabulous cake!
