1  package  active dry yeast
3  tablespoons  sugar
1/2  cup  warm water (105 degrees F to 115 degrees F)
3 1/2  cups  all-purpose flour
1/2  cup  warm milk or water (105 degrees F to 115 degrees F)
1  egg
1  egg yolk
1/4  teaspoon  salt
3  tablespoons  butter or pareve margarine, cut up and softened
 Cooking oil for deep-frying
1/3  cup  sugar
3/4  cup  chocolate-hazelnut spread
