Caramel Mountain Top Cheesecake

200 ml / 7 fl oz fresh whipping cream
200g / 7 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
5-6 Tablespoons of Dulce De Leche (soft)
2 Tablespoons Icing sugar / powdered sugar
A handful of mini marshmallows or large marshmallows chopped into mini ones.
A few tablespoons of mini malteser like chocolate bits See the photo opposite. You can usually find these in the cake decorating section. Or little fudge bits. I like malteser bits for the crunch.Click here for reuse options!
